LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

All our furniture is custom-made and handcrafted. As such, each item is unique and may exhibit natural variations in color, texture, and finish. These characteristics are inherent to handmade products and are not considered defects. Customers acknowledge that product images and descriptions are indicative and not exact representations.

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, cancellations after an order has been confirmed and production has commenced do not qualify for a refund. Once materials have been sourced and work has begun, the product is considered committed and non-refundable. This policy ensures the sustainability of our craftsmanship and the integrity of our business operations.

To the extent permitted under Dutch law, THYME furniture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or property damage, arising out of or related to the use of our products.

The total liability of THYME furniture for any claim arising out of or related to our products shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific item in question. This limitation does not apply in cases of intent (opzet) or deliberate recklessness (bewuste roekeloosheid), as defined under Dutch law.
